    We were not aware that A Famosa resort has many modes of accommodation - apartments and condos. Its not a typical resort or hotel style place. Thus there are no staff in the condo we stayed. Handphone number was given to us for contact. Registration was at the guard house entrance. First impression of the condo was scary. The exterior of the condo we stayed was run down, dirty and lonely. Need to use the transportation trolley ourselves to take our bags up to the room. However, the condo unit itself was new and spacious. Overall it was very clean, but the floor was sticky and our feet was dirty - requiring us to use indoor slippers. Otherwise, generally - very clean. No insects or rodents. Basic amenities. Pls take note - even though its a family room - only 2 towels are provided. Any extra towel will be charged RM10. Blanket was also very small. Better bring your own if staying with kids. There is a fridge and kettle. Basic amenities provided ( shower cap, shower gel ).

    Terkejut dan masih terkejut. Masa kami sedang siap nak keluar breakfast, tiba2 ada staff lelaki india cuba ceroboh masuk rumah. Dia just tekan bell 3x laju2 then terus buka pintu nak masuk. Nasib baik kami lock pintu so dia stuck tak dapat masuk. Bengang dan marah sebab kami tak pakai tudung dan masing2 dalam keadaan tak proper. Bila saya inform staff kaunter masa nak checkout, reaction dia sangat mendukacitakan. Seolah2 kes ni dah biasa. Sangat tak patut ya. Disebabkan kejadian tu kami tak jadi pegi brrakfast dan kupon tu burn je lah kan. Rasa tak selamat. Tak patut betul. Tolong ubah policy & SOP housekeeping. KESELAMATAN dan KESELESAAN customer lagi penting.

    The condo facilities are old and not well maintained, and the room’s air conditioner was made noise throughout the night that I couldn’t sleep well. Definitely not worth the price.
