Чисто, в наличии полотенца и принадлежности в ванной

Очень сильно скрипят жалюзи. Очень шумно, каждый вечер до глубокой ночи слышны разговоры, музыку. С раннего утра тоже самое смех и разговоры, очень шумно. Не получилось отдохнуть.

Abbiamo apprezzato la cura della ristrutturazione e la funzionalità della distribuzione degli spazi, i particolari curati come la cornice attorno allo specchio nel wc, l’arredamento moderno e lo spazio distinto e collegato nella zona letto. abbiamo anche apprezzato la piccola planimetria dell'appartamento arredato per capire com'era realmente, soprattutto per valutare la dimensione degli spazi Cucina completa di tutto Abbiamo apprezzato ogni particolare di benvenuto Ottima la pulizia e l’assistenza per tutto il periodo della nostra permanenza Bellissimo il pavimento in legno. Wi-Fi e tv Buona la posizione dell’appartamento in Montecatini, vicino al centro, ai luoghi importanti, a 15’ dalle terme

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario sempre disponibile. Vicinanza all'ospedale.

Peccato solo per i negozietti sotto l'appartamento che di pomeriggio/sera sono punto d'incontro, con conseguenti schiamazzi vari

Conforto, tranquilidade no coração do paraíso.

Muito bem cuidado, decorado, limpo e com mimos a hóspede. Está absolutamente no centro, atrás da igreja, ou seja 20 passos da praça principal. Estacionamento é na rua atrás e muito perto, aconselho a parar o carro lá e trazer as malas caminhando porque é exatamente 1 minuto. Elia tem algo de especial, talvez por ser viajante e sabe o que precisamos. Ele criou um caderno apresentando a si e a cidade, as facilidades, restaurantes, pontos turísticos e inclusive as cidades vizinhas e distâncias até elas. Além de deixar uma brochura histórica sobre a cidade. Ambos em Italiano e Ingles. Estadia muito completa.

Tem umas pessoas de caras estranhas que ficam em frente ao mercadinho vizinho ao prédio, porém só as caras. Estive lá sozinha 3 dias e em nenhum momento me abordaram. FDS a noite dá pra ouvir música que vem de algum lugar mas por volta das 23 horas silenciou. Se isso te incomoda, é bom saber. Tudo tão perfeito, para mim só faltou alguns itens básicos na cozinha para quem fica poucos dias não precisar comprar e evitar desperdícios. Sal, óleo/azeite, algum tempero em pó, básico.
