ARNA Suites and Ocean Lounge

The view and location are breathtaking, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to beautiful sunsets was just unbelievable. What was even more amazing then the view was the staff, being at the edge of a cliff required some assistance in regards to tours, travel around the island, dinner reservations and more and the staff were available, helpful and supportive and great to deal with from airport picks ups to late dinner scooter pick ups to bring us home safely. They were so accommodating and did it with such professionalism and pride and a smile. Thank you! You made our stay! 🥰

Being on a small island you need to rely on the assistance of the ARNA staff and support team - fortunately they are wonderful so no problem.

The property was one if the most beautiful places I have ever been too. It was clean and tidy and the views were outstanding. The staff were even better. So friendly, got to know your names and were just the best. Helped me out so much. I was travelling by myself and Oskar was so lovely and arranged a tour for me. He was so kind and just helped make the stay even more amazing. I cannot express enough how incredible this place was.

Nothing. There was nothing that I could even remotely think to complain about.

Everything super luxe at ARNA from the glamping ’tents’; the poolside restaurant with stunning ocean views; beautiful food and cocktails; impeccable and friendly service.

Because ARNA is located at the top of a hill you’re definitely away from it all which means you can embrace everything ARNA has to offer.

Great views, nice suite and good service when anything was needed.

I was annoyed to find out when I arrived that you can’t just sit by the hotel pool without making a reservation (and finding out that it is booked up the day of arrival). I went for a dip anyway and for an hour there were lots of free loungers, but I wasn’t allowed to sit on any at the front because they are “reserved”. The hotel is just trying to upsell to outside hotel guests. You can see the picture below of empty beds which hotel guests can’t just use. Also music by the pool is so loud, and the hotel let in a hen do on the second day which is loud and disruptive for hotel guests who just want to relax. Food is average. Whilst room is nice, I would stay somewhere where guests are a priority.
