Watch crashing waves in your own glamping bungalow

Loved our oceanfront suite and the swing at the front. Spent hours just enjoying washing the waves crashing against the shore. The suite was so comfortable and staff very accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and they treated us so very well with a welcome happy birthday written I reeds on the bed, and two birthday cheesecakes, one in the room and one in the restaurant. The infinity pool and lounges were also so nice. Great last spot for our month long stay in Bali.

While we had a great time, I felt the food was hugely expensive and offerings very limited on the menu. Limited fish, lamb out of stock, and steak pretty minimal, although the prawns were good.

Incredible resort in a stunning location

This place is amazing. It’s the definition of glamping. You are in very much in nature, but you have all the modern comforts you could ever want. The room was perfect, such a cool design with everything thought of. The bed was super comfy. They even give you complimentary sun protection and after sun for your stay. The restaurant and infinity pool is awesome, just like the photos, you have to see this place in real life to believe it. Breakfast is à la carte but all you can eat, which was a nice experience.

The restaurant only offered western style food with no local cuisine options which was a shame. The food was excellent though!

Stunning views

Cool place. The views are spectacular. We had an oceanfront suite, basically as close to the edge you could get. Noise from the ocean was loud! Quite exciting during stormy weather.. The ”tent” was fine, expect visits from insects, geckos etc. Very good and professional staff, they will to their best to make your stay as good as possible. Food (western cuisine) at the lounge was surprisingly tasty! We tried many different items on the menu.

Unique and luxurious spot on Nusa Ceningan - perfect for a special occasion and watching sunsets!

The glamping concept is unique to Bali and it is set at the most beautiful location! ARNA had everything we needed and the staff were lovely. The food at the beach club/restaurant was 10/10 but could sometimes take a little while!

There were quite a few mosquitoes that made their way into our tent, but the staff rectified that a couple nights into our stay by putting a deterrent in the room.

Would glady swing on the porch again

Loved our stay here. It’s the type of place you retreat to with your partner. And that’s exactly what we did. Beds super comfy. Scenery is just beautiful everywhere you look and the staff were super friendly and attentive. Accomodation was new and up to date. All little things had been thought out. Quality space and lodging.

Minor things, but did not like the lounge chair to pool ratio. You always had to book a bed to sit by the pool and then there was an unspoken push to spend money due to taking up a premium space. If you’re staying at the hotel and paying top prices to do so. The least courtesy would be to have seating/ lounges to use throughout the day.

Absolutely stunning place, but we wouldn't stay there again.

The location was amazing. The design of the restaurant was incredible and being so close to the cliff and expansive sea views were outstanding. The staff were amazing and were very welcoming. Our accommodation was super comfortable and generous in size.

It is not the fault of Arna, but the type of people attracted to hiring the daybeds around the pool were mostly engrossed in filming and taking endless photos of themselves it set off a weird vibe and you almost felt like you were intruding if you wanted to take a dip in the pool.

The location is absolutely stunning. It is definitely worth upgrading to a Lagoon view.

The food needs some work. I was only here for 3 nights and ate here once for evening meal as the menu would get very boring if you didn’t explore around the area. It is also very expensive. The breakfast is included and it is all you can eat, made to order. The service is quite slow and the breakfast menu is very basic and doesn’t state some of the items that were actually on the breakfast. For someone who can’t eat certain condiments and sauces, the menu doesn’t explain that. It can also be difficult to explain your needs when ordering.

Great location, we had an ocean/cliff villa and then a lagoon villa. Both were great and private. The deluxe villas look like they loose privacy as they front onto the path that leads through the property, so have people walking past the front of the villa (apart from No19)

We felt the restaurant and pool area was just ok, although there isn’t any privacy so you’re a bit ‘on show’. Also, Arna gives the public free shuttle and free drink voucher from the yellow bridge, so you end up with quite a few random ‘content creator wannabes’ rocking up and pretending they are ‘living their best life’!! Still, as a paying guest, at least you don’t have to pay for the day beds anymore (but do need to book them). They’re a bit grubby so recommend you get a towel to cover up the sweat etc from previous visitors… Food and staff were better at the Klyf Club at The Blue Lagoon. Not much to do at Arna, unless you like posing next to the pool.

Unorganised and expensive compared to the actual experience.

There is something seriously wrong with the management of the pool area and bar/lounge area. My partner and I checked in at 1:00 PM and went down to the pool area for lunch. After lunch, we wanted to relax on one of the sunbeds, but we were told that everything was “reserved.” The only option left for us was beanbags far from the pool if we wanted to sit in the sun. We stayed there from 1:00 PM until 6:30 PM, and during all those hours the four “reserved” sunbeds remained completely empty.Why are paying guests not allowed to use them if they are never actually occupied? The hotel also needs to decide whether it wants to be a hotel or a pool club. Why should people who are not even staying at the hotel be given access to the pool area, while overnight guests are left without proper seating? Hotel guests should clearly have priority. “Reservation” must in fact be the most used word in the lounge area. No matter when the first encounter guest experienced was some kind of “have you reserved”. It is not a welcoming feeling, and they need to work on the way they greet guests in order to feel welcome. We stayed here 4 days and experienced every single time we ordered that something was out of stock. The waiters clearly didn’t know who was In charge and all this just left us with a feeling of chaos. This poor organization left us disappointed and made us question the value of staying here. A hotel of this standard should absolutely ensure that its own guests come first. We usually don’t complain, but the price and expectations for this place, simply doesn’t add up…

The facilities are 11/10. The food overall lets the place down.

Everything. Just perfect! The location, the staff, the rooms. Cannot fault the execution and how well they’ve designed the tents. I wouldn’t even call it tents to be honest. The views from each room are stunning and the small things really make a difference like sunscreen, after sun cream, free mini bar snacks & drinks. Just perfect.

The food. We had both breakfast & dinner there. Dinner was okay just. Breakfast tho - I was shocked. Even something as simple as toast was somehow below standard. Cold coffee. The best place to eat in thst area is Klyf Club. I think Arna could take some tips from there on how to make good food.

Food: we had food poisoning the very first day. And overall the food wasn‘t very good. And sadly a third of the drinks menu was missing. Service: although friendly, we had dishes from the guests before us, that got left on the porch and together with our dishes didn’t get removed until we asked for it two days later. The staff in the restaurant is also very friendly, but sadly slightly uncoordinated and a little inexperienced.

Beautiful accommodation in a picturesque scenic location on a cliff top great for short term stay

The breakfast location was scenic and the atmosphere was great. Only criticism I had was that there was no Indonesian breakfast option on menu.

What I found very annoying is that you could not sit by the pool unless you paid to do so and you have a time limit. So front row was $100 (which included food, drinks), second row was $50 (which included food, drinks). I have never had to pay to use a resort pool in a 5 star property so was disappointed in that.

Amazing place we will be back

Arna was amazing we absolutely loved it. My suggestion is to have signs to stop people walking down beside your bungalow as that impacted privacy and the service could have been better at the restaurant.

Very disapointing

Unfortunatelly the Hotel allows outsiders to como and use the pool and the restaurant. Tihis is very very bad for a hotel of this price and category and furthere more since the pool is small. Its very disapointing. Also they play a very loud and sort of electronic music in the pool and restaurant area. Such music is more suited for teen agers wich is obiously not the public of this hotel. Finally the staff needs much more training.

Not the properties issue but the journey from Sanur on the boat is an absolute headache so I probably wouldn’t return but this isn’t due the property - was a pleasant stay and breakfast was good.

This place is amazing. The location is stunning, the “tents”are exquisite and the staff couldn’t be nicer.

My only problem was that I was in Room 19 near the most ferociously loud cliffside as the waves literally crashed into the rocks all night long meaning I slept terribly! Most rooms are not on this side so I think will be quieter. The music in the pool/bar area is questionable and the food at dinner was just OK, not excellent as one would expect at a place like this.

Extraordinary location. Worth it just for that. “Tents” beautifully appointed. Spacious, stylish and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. And did I mention the views? Yes. Go for a lagoon view room or ocean view room to get the full experience

Small things but worth getting right… insistent electronic music ( the sort we call doosh doosh) in the pool / lounge area drove us away to the nice (and cheaper plus beach) next door Suku. Secondly no gluten free food which is pretty unusual these days. Made many of the inclusive breakfast items inaccessible to me. I think this is an easy fix.

Surreal !

Arna boasts an unmatched location that truly made our stay surreal. The spectacular panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, with the serene Blue lagoon on one side and the impressive Flip cliff on the other, provided a constant source of peaceful but dramatic beauty. The tents themselves were so luxuriously designed, with thoughtful details throughout. Furthermore, Ari's exceptional hospitality was a highlight. He was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to assist us with our shuttle to Mushroom Bay, even when our delayed massage impacted our checkout. The location alone makes Arna a must-visit!

There wasn't much to not like. The food was delicious and well prepared. But, if I have to give a constructive feedback, if would be to include more vegetarian/vegan options. A dedicated spa experience would also be an added bonus.
