朝食のレベルは高い。裏の畑で育てているオーガニック野菜中心で大満足でした。保津の美しい集落にあること、もっと ゆっくり散歩できればよかったです。工房としての側面を 味わえなかったのは、こちらの都合で残念でした。
せっかくなら、洗剤やシャンプーまでオーガニックに した方がいい。日本人には、古民家の質を考えると、 コスパはあまり良くない。
