Location extream perfect, beside landlord very helpful, she helping a lot and provide tourist information so saving a lot of time of us.

Beside the rail track quite noisy, fortunatelly day time we all out for signseeing, not affect too much

Good location

Where do I start? Rose was attentive, helpful, and prompt with her responses. She even helped us get checked in and heat running which saved me Google translate brain power. Having two toilets was clutch. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast and simple meals. It was spacious and clean. The location near Arashiyama bamboo forest let us go there after hours to avoid the crowds. My boys were over the crowds of central Kyoto so being out somewhere less crowded made our trip so much better. The location near the river was a perfect running path. Oh, and the floor heat was so cozy. Highly recommend this place for families and those wanting more space in a great location.

Nothing!

Heel ruim en netjes. Goede locatie. Er lagen ook o.a. wat flesjes water en melk in de koelkast om gebruikt te worden.

Sommige dingen waren moeilijk te vinden zoals bestek.
