Prime Location Next to Sagrada Familia

Location is exceptional

Communication with property management-unclear instructions about keys pickup, apartment number and floor

The host was perfectly good with timing and giving me the key. Check out was well organised too. Location is top - a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 5 minutes frof Sagrada Família - safe area.

The thing that I didn't like is that it was too noisy in the evening and not from outside as usually around the restaurants, but inside the building. (from neighbourhood)

Le logement est normalement pour 6 mais il n’y a que 4 chaises et nous avons dû demander des couverts ( absence de fourchettes et de petites cuillères !!!) qui nous ont été apportés le lendemain… Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas !

The location is excellent, on a pedestrianised street linking the Sagrada Família to the San Pau site. We could see the Sagrada Família from the little balcony. The sitting room is nice with a balcony plus a window, sofa and dining table.

The location to collect the key was a 40 minute walk from the apartment, which is a long and hot distance with luggage. There is no air conditioning. There were fans in the bedrooms, but it was hot and stuffy for sleeping. The washing machine didn’t work ( the door doesn’t close). The kitchen needs to have a little step because the cupboards are high on the walls. The flat would benefit from a thorough clean especially the grout in the shower and marks on the walls. It would have felt more generous to have a spare loo roll. There was just one small loo roll in the bathroom when we arrived. The communication to me came on whatsap, email and text message, which could be simplified or better signposted.
