Hlasná železná vstupná brána priamo nad oknami ubytovania. Od skorého rána az do noci hlasné tresk nutie brány zakazdym, ked niekto prisiel alebo odišiel.

El alojamiento está bien para dos personas. Es un punto muy favorable que tenga aire acondicionado. Cerca del apartamento hay restaurantes y algun supermercado. También queda a unos 15 minuts la estación central.

No pudimos ver los canales de la televisión; sólo funcionaba la opción de smart tv. Los vasos estaban sucios, con restos de café y de leche. Además, no había ni jabón de platos, ni esponja ni trapo.

The check-in procedure, all the red tape and un-necessary on-line submission of documentation...what happens if you don't have any means of communication by mobile / laptop????In our case we could not communicate properly due to limited network coverage / internet problems during our traveling arrangements. The area outside the building, dirty and grafity all over, I think the vacant property next to the building needs a clean up and remove the temporary barricading. Earlier check-in or baggage storage would have been appreciated, we could have had more time to explore the attractions, wasted about 4hrs to check-in from the time we arrived in Milan. Our request for earlier check-in was declined. The apartment was smelling of cigarette smoke, although it is supposed to be prohibited to smoke in the apartment. Taking in consideration what we experienced during a similar case at our "so called" stayover at Princess Palace in Monte Carlo - Monco, (which eventually cost us an extra 480 euro ZAR +- R10,000 at another hotel) and no futher apologies / communication of a refund request. I don't think that we would like to book any futher apartments with Booking.Com again. We had no problem with the Hotels / Airline Tickets / Attraction Tickets that we booked via Booking.Com. during our visit to Europe. Regards Norma Birch
