The apartment was easy to find, location was great, close to metro station. The building was very quiet. Bathroom was big and modern. Shower super big for any standards.

The bed on the other hand... SUPER squeaky, turning at night wasn't easy or quiet. If you're a light sleeper outside noise at night might be too much.

The bathroom was really nice and there was a small air conditioning unit, important as it was really hot. The apartment is located a few blocks from the Corso Buenos Aires, and within walking distance of the Milano Train Station, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The apartment seemed clean.

The building and the apartment itself are shabbier than they appear in the pictures. There was a lot of broken glass outside the building and a broken down couch that looked like it had been there for some time (stuffing out and scattered). The neighborhood seemed a bit iffy, safety-wise. The bed frame was wonky, and the mattress leaned toward one side, and the kitchen had an indication plate sitting on top of the 2 burner stove, nothing with directions. The biggest issue was with accessing the unit. I let the owners know I didn't have wifi, was not given another option for opening the front gate or the door to the stairwell. I tried to call, but was not able to reach anyone. Someone came out of the front door, letting me into the courtyard. I sent a WhatsApp message to the owner about accessing the stairwell - 10 minutes later, another resident came in and let me in. At the apartment door, I was able to open the lock box with the keys, but not able to open the apartment door with the directions emailed to me. After a number of tries, I tried a different key in a different lock and was able to access the apartment. The owner replied to my message an hour and 45 minutes later.
