This high-end four bedroom, three story loft townhome is conveniently located within walking distance to Steamboat Resort and is fully outfitted with incredible modern art, eclectic decor, and upscale amenities.

Blackhawk 2817 invites guests in through the lowest level that features a one-car heated garage, mud room, private washer/dryer, and a bunk suite where the kids can retreat for games and movies! The bunk suite has two Twin/Queen bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.  Follow the stairs up to the main level where you will find the main living area with a wide-open floor plan connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room welcomes guests to gather on the plush furniture and warm your cold toes around the grand fireplace. This space also has a large flat screen TV, board games, and an at home workspace. The thoughtful decor flows perfectly into the deluxe kitchen featuring sophisticated appliances and everything you need to create a culinary experience for your loved ones. The dining room table has seating for eight, an additional three can sit up at the breakfast bar. There are also two outdoor patios on this level. One overlooks the quiet neighborhood while the other is covered and more private with a hot tub and outdoor seating.

As you continue up the stairs, you will find a Queen room with a flat screen TV, a large dresser, and a Jack-and Jill bathroom connecting to another Queen bedroom. This room also has its own flat screen TV and large walk-in closet.
