Appartement 3 chambres en hyper centre de Grenoble

The property was the perfect location for our family. The accommodations were spacious though the single bathroom is very small. The kitchen had basic supplies needed.

It would be nice to have been told in the description that the flat was up a narrow winding staircase to floor 4 (5 flights). While this did not adversely affect us, it could be difficult for some. The fridge and the bathroom needed attention to cleaning. Upon arrival there was very little toilet paper at the property and no replacements. Most of all, the lack of communication upon arrival was difficult. IF a resident had not opened the door we may still be standing there. The number we were supposed to call to “open the door” just rang and rang. Reaching out via WhatsApp and booking.com went unresponded to.

We liked the location. Close to the center, shops. I liked that the kitchen appliances were presented, as I cooked for my family. In the kitchen you have everything necessary: coffee machine, microwave, big fridge, oven.

Stairs! A lot of stairs with a narrow, circle type staircase. It was a big hassle going up and down with my little children. And nowhere in the booking was mentioned that apartment in on the 4th (or 3rd , i don't remember exactly) floor with a lot of stairs and no elevator. . The apartment could be prepared much more cleaner. The oven was super dirty, bench and carpet are old. Floor was very cold. Bed in one of the rooms was broken so you can not sit on its edge. And beds are put in such place that you don't have space to walk in between, you need to go across. My kids were sleeping there so my little one hurt himself a few times when going over them trying to pass.
