• A T3 on the first floor, 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 sofa bed
• A 2-bedroom duplex/mezzanine on the 3rd floor with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed
• A studio on the 3rd floor with a sofa bed with a real mattress 160x200 cm

The 3 apartments with sleeping areas are on the same landing, on the 3rd floor. They allow everyone to enjoy a private space to sleep, get ready and rest, while staying in the same building.

Sleeping apartments do not have air conditioning.

• Small, quiet condominium: respect for the neighborhood is essential
• Noisy parties are not allowed
• Establishment not suitable for people with reduced mobility
• The accommodations are located on the first floor, without elevator (2nd and 3rd of the 3-storey condominium)
• The exact number of beds and the configuration will be confirmed according to your needs

💳 Security deposit

A bank imprint will be requested before your arrival, depending on the length of stay, the number of travelers and the type of reservation.

You will not be charged, except in case of material damage or non-compliance with the conditions of the stay.

🧹 Cleaning

• End of stay cleaning included (i.e. 6 hours of cleaning and bed linen laundry) according to the booking conditions
• Kitchen areas must be left clean (clean and tidy dishes and clean kitchen furniture and appliances)
