Très bel appartement, bien équipé (four, lave-vaisselle), spacieux et rénové récemment.
Emplacement idéal, à proximité directe du téléphérique et des commerces.
Salle de bains très propre, et spacieuse, équipée (sèche-cheveux, sèche-serviettes…)
Les volets n’occultent pas complètement la lumière, et l’éclairage public est maintenu toute la nuit.
L’insonorisation n’est pas optimale dans cet ancien bâtiment avec parquet, on entend les voisins du dessus.
Quelques taches sur les draps, qui mériteraient d’être enlevées, bien que les draps soient propres !

Nice apartment with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Grenoble. Kitchen comes with oven, stovetop and microwave and plenty of pots and pans. If you don't like cooking yourself there are 7 restaurants within 50 meter of the frontdoor of the building.The host is easy to cummunicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of this apartment is perfect, almost anything that Grenoble has to offer is within a 5 minute walk: restaurants, boulangerie, outdoor markets, shopping, the cable car up to the mountain, a park for children to run around in, you name it. The appartment has a washing machine in the bathroom and the closet has a drying rack.
We didn't mind, but to get to the appartment you need to walk up a few flights of stairs. They are wide and well-lit, so it's easy enough, even with luggage, but something to be aware of for guests with limited mobility.
