Worst ever

We were glad to check-in a little late as we went to the Christmas Market in Cologne.

There was a party downstairs until 2am in the morning. The people downstairs were very loud, singing,yelling,laughing,partying and I was wondering why the owner of the Hotel holds Party in the restaurant downstairs in our rooms and I don't know why no one complains from the Neighbors about the noise. As what I knew is that in Germany, it is only allowed to be noisy or loud until 22:00. We could not sleep until 3am in the morning. I asked the Hotel owner why is it so and they did not respond to my calls or messages in WhatsApp and in Sms. Unbelievable!!!! So I dont recommend this place. I have booked a lot of small Pension house or Guesthouses and I didnt had such problems.

De omgeving is mooi en lekker rustig

We kwamen voor de kerstmarkt van koln. Het is bijna een uur reizen met de bus. Dit is ons wat tegengevallen. Ligt aan ons niet aan het hotel

Liebevoll geführt, nette Zimmer! Alles etwas älter aber super sauber, man fühlte sich sehr wohl! Sehr freundlicher Empfang!

Gutes Mittelklassezimmer mit sehr freundlichem Empfang.

Ich hatte nur die Übernachtung gebucht. Die war wirklich gut. Sogar ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

wenn die steilen treppen nicht wären, kann man gut übernachten

Die unterkunft ist nicht für behinderte menschen geeignet. Sehr steiler Treppenlauf zu den Zimmern.Dies hätte in der Beschreibung mitgeteilt werden müssen.

Preis/Leistung absolut i.O. - würde bei Bedarf wieder dort übernachten

Hatte es nur zum Schlafen und Duschen gebucht und habe entsprechend keine hohen Ansprüche gehabt, bin trotzdem sehr zufrieden gewesen (habe gut geschlafen und die saubere Nasszelle benutzt). Leider ist die Duschstange abgefallen (denke da hat ein Gast vorher nicht Bescheid gesagt). Optional hätte ich den Kühlschrank im Zimmer benutzen können (sehr gut). Kopfkissen sind Hotel üblich etwas "härter", daher hat mein mitgebrachtes Kopfkissen für einen erholsamen Schlaf gesorgt. Parkplatz (sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeit) direkt neben an und in der Kneipe hätte man Essen können, sah optisch "lecker" aus. Sehr gut von der BAB zu erreichen.

Schlechter geht fast nicht!

Parken ist kostenlos, das war aber das einzig positive

Das Zimmer war alt, schmutzig und abgewohnt. Kein Föhn, keine Zahnbecher, Toilette total verkalkt, nur Handseife, kein Duschgel. Wir waren drei Tag dort und hatten einen Tag kein heisses Wasser und konnten nicht duschen. Das Bett wurde nur einmal gemacht, nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten. Die Wirtin hat gemeint wir können ja abreisen wenn es uns nicht passt, es wäre ja ein billiger Preis ! Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer auch nicht! Das Frühstück bestand aus billiger abgezählter Wurst und Käse, kein Ei etc. Wir reisen sehr viel und sind nicht anspruchsvoll aber sowas geht gar nicht, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein, ganz im Gegenteil! Wir können das Hotel auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfehlen!

De Lage war gut. Bushaltestelle ist vor der Tür. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, gab keines Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber

Im Badezimmer gibt es nur Handseife aus einem zerdrückten Seifenspender. Zum duschen ist keine Lotion vorhanden und mit Handseife schlecht zu machen. Eine Flasche Wasser stand auch nicht zu Verfügung
