Well designed split level apartment with one balcony and one terrace. Superbly cleaned, very well furnished, comfortable sofa and two smart T.Vs. Very convenient, secure underground parking. Cristian was beyond helpful and a super nice guy. Communication was first class, nothing was too much trouble. Cristian, very conveniently has 2 ebikes that he can rent out separately, which given the location being a few km out of the Old Town, is a good idea.

Heel goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Bologna, Emilia-Romagna en de uitgebreide regio. Het comfort was uitstekend voor een iets langer verblijf met 2 personen (broadband internet, smart TV, moderne en volledig uitgeruste keuken en badkamer; beter dan een 4-sterren hotel). Een veilig woning met veel privacy en een zeer goede welkomst en ondersteuning door de gastheer in een vlekkeloos Nederlands. Een uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.
De ondergrondse garage was iets minder geschikt voor een grote auto. Gelukkig was deze uitgerust met rondom rond camera's zodat manoeuvreren wel lukte.

Secure off street parking, lots of detailed information from the host who also helped us with bookings for restaurants and services. clean & comfortable apartment, on a direct bus line to the city & a great cheese & wine bar just up the road.
The stairs to the bedroom are slightly narrow but there is a handrail.
