Christian is a magnificent host and the apartment is stunning. Beautiful and functional design and immaculately clean. You will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is perfect, slightly outside of the hustle and bustle of central Bologna, but so easy to get to quickly. Thank you Christian for your clear and concise directions and thoughtful touches - like offering to call us a taxi to the train station the morning of our departure!

Well designed split level apartment with one balcony and one terrace. Superbly cleaned, very well furnished, comfortable sofa and two smart T.Vs. Very convenient, secure underground parking. Cristian was beyond helpful and a super nice guy. Communication was first class, nothing was too much trouble. Cristian, very conveniently has 2 ebikes that he can rent out separately, which given the location being a few km out of the Old Town, is a good idea.
