In the double bedroom, you'll sleep in complete silence on the ultra-comfortable Eminflex Infinity mattress, with four memory foam pillows and 100% pure cotton sheets.
The bathroom features Antonio Lupi fixtures, double sinks, and a spacious, comfortable shower.
The design kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances (including an Electrolux steam oven) and is fully equipped to prepare even complex recipes, should you prefer a romantic dinner at home.
The sofa is comfortable and very large, and the 55" LG QNED TV on a mobile stand, along with a Bose soundbar, allow you to fully enjoy the entertainment options available on the platforms (including Netflix and Prime).
The house is surrounded by greenery and private parks, and access is via a small secondary road used only by local residents. The environment is very pleasant and quiet, free of smog and traffic noise, making it a delightful place to have breakfast in the sun on the balcony when temperatures permit.
Guests also have access to a huge communal terrace on the top floor, where they can enjoy the sunset with a 360° view of the city and the hills.

Immaculately clean accommodation! The kitchen was a stand out feature of this property with lots of high end utensils making cooking a pleasure when we didn’t go out to eat. The apartment is in a residential area but we walked into the centre of Bologna on several occasions - approximately 30 minutes - and there is also a bus which goes into the centre. There are several options for eating within a short walk from the flat, including a very good pizzeria. Fresh pasta shops are also close by. The flat has a lovely little balcony with a table which is ideal for having a meal or drink outside. There is also a very nice park within a short walk away so plenty of options for being outside and enjoying the good weather. We had a great holiday here (6 nights in April) and would love to return again.
