Мястото е фантастично, вилата беше перфектна! Дворното пространство, басейна и вилата се почистват ежедневно!
Вилите са много близко до плажа, но в същото време са достатъчно изолирани от пътя и нощния живот в местността, което създава спокойствие.
Нямаме оплаквания. Всичко беше перфектно!

Location, service, cleanliness, facilities incl pool,
They are not private villas as advertised. Each building consists of two villas backing each other. Therefore, if you are not lucky with your neighbours as in our case, you may end up listening to music and conversations until late midnight. The manager tried to help but in the end we were the ones going and speaking with the guests in the other villa at 1 a.m.. This put a bitter taste on our holiday.
Another risk are the restaurants/night clubs in Katerini on weekends when they play loud music in the open until 2 a.m. and the low decibels reach the complex ruining your sleep.

The property was in immaculate condition—brand new, meticulously maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond: always cheerful, attentive, and ready to assist with anything you needed. The location was ideal, just minutes from Paralia and Olympiaki Akti, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. A truly exceptional stay.
