A great new complex from money-for-value perspective!

Location, service, cleanliness, facilities incl pool,

They are not private villas as advertised. Each building consists of two villas backing each other. Therefore, if you are not lucky with your neighbours as in our case, you may end up listening to music and conversations until late midnight. The manager tried to help but in the end we were the ones going and speaking with the guests in the other villa at 1 a.m.. This put a bitter taste on our holiday. Another risk are the restaurants/night clubs in Katerini on weekends when they play loud music in the open until 2 a.m. and the low decibels reach the complex ruining your sleep.

The location was ideal, just minutes from Paralia and Olympiaki Akti, with the beach only a five-minute walk away. A truly exceptional stay.

Мястото е фантастично, вилата беше перфектна! Дворното пространство, басейна и вилата се почистват ежедневно! Вилите са много близко до плажа, но в същото време са достатъчно изолирани от пътя и нощния живот в местността, което създава спокойствие.

Нямаме оплаквания. Всичко беше перфектно!

Heerlijke accommodatie voor een ontspannen vakantie.

Host was al aanwezig bij onze aankomst. Was vriendelijk en heeft op ons verzoek, aanbevelingen in de buurt gegeven. Comfortabel huis met rolluiken, overal muggen horren en goed werkende airco's. Elke dag schone handdoeken en beddengoed (complimenten voor de schoonmaaksters). Er heerste rust bij de villa's. Zeer mooi strand op loopafstand (ca 5 min). Wij hebben genoten voor deze locatie en de omgeving.

Er was geen oven aanwezig. Het missen kledingkast staat vermeldt op de website.

Mimo kilku drobnych mankamentów nie sposób ocenić obiekt gorzej. Dwie sypialnie, spory salon i kuchnia. Wygodne łóżka. Rolety w oknach, klimatyzacja na dole i na piętrze. Czysto, codzienne sprzątanie, co na pewno nie jest standardem w innych tego typu miejscach. Ogródek z prywatnym, całkiem sporym basenem (codziennie sprzątanym), leżakami i dużym parasolem. Miejsce postojowe na posesji. Do plaży 500m. Do miasteczka krótki spacer. Nieco na uboczu, przez co cicho i spokojnie.

Jedynym większym minusem było wi-fi, które czasem przerywało, a mój telefon rzadko je wykrywał. Dodatkowo coś, czego nie rozumiem, czyli całkowity brak jakichkolwiek szaf do przechowywania. W kuchni płyta ceramiczna, zdecydowanie powinna być indukcyjna.
