Excellent house in a meh area.

Very new, clean, with a nice small swimming pool and dedicated parking spot. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. It was a good place for us to use as a base to explore the nearby areas

The location is kind of meh, and the sea in front is rather subpar for Greece. So the property itself is fine, but the surrounding area is rather mediocre.

The private pool is amazing and very clean. The filter is working 24 hours non-stop. The villa is very close to the beach street just about 5-6min by walk. It is street with a lot of different beach bars. Cleaning is every day. There is private garden space with grass which is great especially for the family. Highly recommend it.

Διακοπές στην Κατερίνη

Μικρή βίλα για τετραμελη/πενταμελη οικογένεια με ιδιωτική πισίνα. Η πισίνα ήταν πεντακάθαρη και ειχε πολυ χλώριο, ιδανικη για πολυ παιχνιδι. Κοντά στην ολυμπιακή ακτή και στο πεζόδρομο της. Πολύ κοντά στην παραλια. Ειχε αρκετή ησυχια. Πολυ ευγενικό προσωπικο και καλη καθαριότητα. Μπορέσαμε και παρκαραμε και τα δυο αυτοκίνητα στο πάρκινγκ. Η κουζινα ειχε όλα τα πράγματα που μπορει να χρειαστείς εκτός φούρνου.

Το μπάνιο ηταν αρκετά μικρό ενώ η ντουζιέρα ήταν ανοιχτή με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να πέφτουν έξω όταν κάναμε ντουζ. Γενικά ο χώρος της κουζίνας, μπάνιου, σκαλιών για πανω ειναι περιορισμένος. Συνιστάται η χρήση ταμπλετων για κουνούπια. Οι βίλες χωρίζονται με μικρά δεντράκια και οχι με τοίχο ή κατι άλλο για ιδιωτικοτητα, ωστόσο δεν ηταν άσχημο για εμας. Καλύτερα απο το να βλεπεις τσιμέντο.

Skutočne výnimočné

Ubytovanie je na úrovni, vybavenie celého domu je super, v kuchyni je všetko potrebné, veľký bonus je práčka. Výmena uterákov je každý deň čo je super. Prostredie a okolie domu je kľudné a zabezpečí súkromie hostí, ležadlá, slnečník, terasa. Bazén je veľký bonus, bol každý deň čistený a udržiavaný. Veľmi sa nám páčilo a komunikácia s pani bola rýchla a vedela všetko zabezpečiť o čo sme ju požiadali. Toto miesto môžem len a len vrelo odporučiť a určite sa sem radi vrátime.

Если кушать и готовить на вилле не хватает посудомойки. Но это не критично рядом есть куча ресторанов а в жоме есть персонал который каждый день убирает

So schön. Kommen wieder.

Für uns war es das erste mal, das wir ein ganzes Haus in Katerini gebucht haben. Schon bei der Ankuft waren wir sehr angetan. Die Anlage liegt etwas versteckt zwischen Paralia Katerini und Olympiaki Akti, was aber auch für Ruhe abseits der beiden Städte sorgt. Schon beim Parken was für ein Auto auf den Grundstück möglich ist. Strahlt ein der Pool an. Dieser ist ausreichend groß für 4 Personen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird Tgl. gereinigt. Im Haus erwartet einen ein großer Wohnbereich von dem aus man zur Küche und Badezimmer gelangt. Direkt hinter der Eingangstür versteckt sich das 1. Schlafzimmer. Im Obergeschoss ist das 2. Schlafzimmer. Beide sind groß genug für 2 Personen. Alles ist sehr sauber, das Haus wird täglich gereinigt. Shampoo, Duschgel und Handseife gibt es von der Einreichtung. Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt. Im Haus ist alles was man benötigt. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen. Das Kochen ist auf 2 Ceranfelder möglich. Ein Backofen oder Mikrowelle gibt es leider nicht. Fazit: Wir werden aufjedefall dort nochmal Buchen.

Superplek!

Het huisje was erg fijn, ruim, koel, goede zonwering en airco. Het eigen zwembad was heerlijk en het was prima te lopen naar zee en het dichtstbijzijnde stadje met genoeg restaurantjes.

De muggen waren onverwacht groot, dus neem anti muggenspray mee!
