Huge villa, was charged extra for heating

Huge villa - 3 common rooms, 2 kitchens, it even has an elevator between the first and second. Great value for money.

Had to pay an additional €180 to use the central heating rather than just the AC. This wasn’t mentioned until we arrived.

Excellent stay in a clasic house near Mount Olympus

The owner received us very friendly with some traditional ouzo and greek meze and handed off the keys. He was very friendly throughout our stay and even joined us for BBQ. The house looks amazing from outside and inside, and it was very clean and well prepared. Really nothing to comment.

Amazing time, amazing stay !

Everything was amazing . The host Kostas welcomed us with very good hospitality .We had everything we needed! Philip our co-hosts also treated as very well . We had never been treated like that from anyone else. We were so pleased and grateful. The villa was with very good quality furniture and stay was very pleasurable! There is a barbecue place if you want to cook yourself! Lots of space the feeling was so great, when we were there we were feeling that we are royalties! One of our best stay so far. Thanks Kostas and Philip

Η καλύτερη διαμονή που είχαμε ποτέ.

Δεν ξέρω πώς να ξεκινήσω την αξιολόγηση αυτού του παλατιού. Αρχικά θα ήθελα να μιλήσω για τον οικοδεσπότη μας, τον κ. Κώστα, που ήταν πάντα πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει κυρίως για πράγματα εκτός καταλύματος (αξιοθέατα, εστίαση) καθώς το κατάλυμα τα είχε όλα. Μας υποδέχθηκε θερμά με ένα πολύ όμορφο κέρασμα, μας έδειξε το σπίτι και μας πρότεινε όμορφους προορισμούς εκεί κοντά. Έκτοτε έγινε ο φίλος μας στην Κατερίνη. Το κατάλυμα είναι όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ένα παλάτι, αλλά και πάλι άλλο να το βλέπεις, άλλο να το ζεις. Πιστεύω πως πλέον είναι ένα αξιοθέατο της Κατερίνης που θα πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να το επισκεφτείς. Δεν χρειάζεται να πεις πολλά πράγματα, τα 320 τ.μ. εγγυώνται την πλήρη άνεση. Πήγαμε δύο οικογένειες με δύο παιδιά κάθε μία και δεν γέμιζε το σπίτι με τίποτα. Οι 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες, τα 5 σαλόνια, οι τραπεζαρίες, ο κεντρικός πολυέλαιος που δίνει αίγλη στο παλάτι, τα χρυσά πόμολα, όλα είναι τέλεια. Ακόμα και το ταβάνι κάθεσαι και το χαζεύεις και δεν πιστεύεις ότι αυτή η πολυτέλεια είναι δική σου. Η μεγάλη κουζίνα είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν καθώς και η μικρή κουζίνα του πάνω ορόφου. Και μιλώντας για δύο ορόφους, για όσους σκέφτονται τις σκάλες, υπάρχει ασανσέρ από το υπόγειο γκαράζ, για να βάλετε και τα πράγματά σας, μέχρι τον επάνω όροφο. Μακάρι να είχαμε την άνεση να κάτσουμε για πάντα εκεί. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε και καλοκαίρι για να ευχαριστηθούμε την μεγάλη αυλή, τις βεράντες και την πίσω αυλή με το μπάρμπεκιου. Όσο για το χειμώνα, με το τζάκι του πάνω ορόφου και τα aircondition που ήταν σε όλους τους χώρους, δεν τον καταλάβαμε ούτε στιγμή. Το σπίτι ήταν πάντα ζεστό και σίγουρα αυτό οφείλεται και στη ζεστή καρδιά του κ. Κώστα. Δεν ξέρω τι λόγια να πω για να εκφράσω αυτό που ζήσαμε. Δεν πίστευα ότι υπάρχει τέτοιο κατάλυμα στο booking. Δεν πιστεύω ότι υπάρχει βαθμολογία που να συγκρίνει τα ασύγκριτα. Με άριστα το 10, και το 100 φαντάζει λίγο. Δεν έχουμε ενθουσιαστεί για άλλο κατάλυμα τόσο πολύ. Κύριε Κώστα, σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την εμπειρία που ζήσαμε.

Ίσως φανεί τετριμμένο, αλλά είναι αλήθεια ότι ο χρόνος όταν περνάς καλά, περνάει πιο γρήγορα. Δεν θα θέλαμε να φύγουμε ποτέ, αλλά δυστυχώς πέρασε... Θα έρθουμε ξανά όμως.

O gazda foarte primitoare, am fost asteptati cu ouzo, branza locala si masline . Casa este la fel de primitoare , ne-a depasit asteptarile este exact ca in poze, chiar mai frumos . Te simti cu adevarat ca intr-un basm cu printi si printese dar fara majordomi :)))) . A fost o experinta suberba si nu o sa fie ultima . Singura fiinta care a avut majordom a fost Kira , cainele politist
