Positiv: Gute Lage zum Szeneviertel Florentin, zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zum Nahversorger. Gute Matratzen, hübsches Zimmer. Ruhig (mit Ausnahmen) und die Chance, einen Gratis- Parkplatz zu finden. Negativ: Badezimmer roch extrem nach Urin. Nicht sauber. (Balkon, Bad, Küche, Hausflur) Mangelhafte Ausstattung- 1 Messer, 1 Teelöffel ,2 Handtücher für 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Kein Besen, kein Hinweis, wo man Müll entsorgen kann), Vermieter reagierte weder auf Anrufe noch auf Mails.
