The location is incredible, the check in process (remote) is very simple and efficient, the room was very well designed and spacious and comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a large bathroom. Very comfortable bed and the staff got in touch with me every day to check with me if i needed anything.

Would be nice to have the option to have a mini fridge in the room. Also, it seems there are some permanent residents who live in the hotel. They are very disrespectful and loud and I think they need to be held accountable for this behaviour.

Great location in the heart of Florentin, the design of the hotel and the room is really cool, very clean, team was quick and helpful when we needed them.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the amount charged to my credit card was higher than the price shown at the time of booking. Although we were promised a refund, it was already an inconvenience and a bad start to our stay. During the first night, there was a lot of noise from other guests — people shouting and laughing loudly until around 3 a.m. Even though we decided not to complain at that time, the situation became unacceptable during the second night. The second night the situation was worst and we discovered that the noise was coming from a suite, which had the door open, loud music playing, and people screaming inside. We tried contacting the reception multiple times: the first time our call was answered it was hung up a few seconds later. The second time it was answered we were told someone would come to check, but the noise continued after about half an hour of silence. It was almost 4a.m. and we were unable to sleep for the entire night — a night we paid for specifically to rest. The following morning, around 9 a.m., someone knocked at the door and opened our room door, which was extremely unsettling, I was taking a shower and my partner was sleeping. Additionally, after checking out, there was no staff available to assist us with luggage storage, we tired to call many times but the phone wasn’t even reachable and the WhatsApp massage we have sent was still not answered until now. My family and I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years every time we come to Israel, and we have never had any issues before. That makes this experience even more disappointing, as we have always trusted and appreciated your service and hospitality in the past.
