La piscine est I.N.C.R.O.Y.A.B.L.E. Il y aussi pas mal de petits restaurants/magasins à proximité.

Le troisième lit (divan lit) était très peu confortable. L’eau de la douche ne chauffait que sporadiquement. La rue était très très très bruyante la nuit (entre les chiens errants, les fameux restaurants et les ouvriers qui abattent des arbres (why ???) dès 5h du matin).

Calmness

The swimming pool and the gym with sauna are very good. Room is ok.

I have now rented a room here from the same company for three times. Each time, the first few days involve calling to get everything that isn't working fixed. Action is taken every time, but can everything be checked before a new tenant moves in? In three years, when I come in. I have had: internet, stove, 2 air conditioners, a clogged drain, a water kettle, 2 TVs, and a few other small things I’ve already forgotten. But they do make sure it gets sorted out after a few days.

The condominium was well serviced with several shops & restauants located within a 2 minute walk, the size of the room & he swimming pool

Being located on the ground floor as it wasn't very private. Other residents would walk past, just outside the window.
