I have really enjoyed my stay here above all hotels I have stayed in so far. The neighborhood is warm and friendly. Nightlife is close if thats your thing. Many great places to eat right outside and only minutes away from Jotiem Beach

Three place was clean with a kitchenette fur viking. Spacious balcony and a washing machine. All I needed for a comfortable stay.

This is my verdict after spending 29 nights at Laguna beach resort condo 2. First day, I arrived and am quite impressed with the huge swimming pool. My favourite Tao Bin vending machine. I arrived late at night so I didn't really check the room well as it was darker than daytime. The rooms has working TV, decent Queen size bed, and very small toilet and tiny shower for a tall guy like me. Everytime I shower I had to stand sideways if not my hands would hit the metal shower pole. Or side walls. I was very disappointed with a few things. There is a serious cockroach infestation which I suspect is within the entire building. Because cockroaches can be seen coming out from walls. So I assume there must be a network running throughout the building. The entire condo has only ONE rubbish collection point. Total 4 towers but you will not see any rubbish bins. They expect you to walk all the way to rubbish collection point to throw. Which can be frustrating because you can't keep any rubbish overnight in your room or else the cockroaches will all come out everytime they smell food. There's NO room service. Which means throughout my 29 nights, I had to clean the room. Wash the bedsheets and blankets! They charge 300 baht for changing ONLY bedsheets and blankets. I managed to WhatsApp Pattaya Sunny Rentals before my check-in about the deposit which they asked for 5000 baht. The real killer comes from the utilities bill. They will charge 7 baht/kWh. On average that would be about 4000 baht for 2 people! And they deduct from your deposit. I calculated, it is in fact better to stay in a cheaper hotel downtown. Free utilities, you can on all day. And daily room services. Overall, I chose this because it was near to my child's home. Looking back, I think it's better to just stay in a hotel. Oh and the condo is riddled with loud and unruly Russians. The room I stayed B514 , my neighbor kids would slam the doors every day and night whenever they enter or exit their apartment. And run up and down noisily through the corridor. There's not one day I lived in peace. The condo location is also bad, you have to walk at least a kilometer out to the main road to get food. Or you can order grabfood. Or eat at 7-Eleven nearby. A bit secluded. Total I paid for about 13000 baht for 29 nights. Don't worry about hotels. There are tons and dozens or good cheap hotels out there. Unless you are a Russian or plan to stay long long term in Pattaya, please just book a hotel instead.
