Nice, neat and clean one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. Very pro-active and caring hosts, with quick and easy communication by Line messenger. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the palm trees on a nice small green plot and you can even see the sea. You can walk to the beach, within walking distance are 2 food markets and several restaurants - overall a good location
On balcony it can be a bit noisy due to the main road and the (soon to be completed) construction site just across. However, there are good windows, so it is quiet inside the apartment and you also do not hear any neighbors.
