Sainte-barbe T4, Billard à 2 pas du château fort

L’emplacement est le plus de cet appartement. Les équipements ludiques (billard, baby-foot) sont appréciables. La chambre côté cour reste bien fraîche en période de forte chaleur.

Je n’ai pas été impressionné par le ménage à l’arrivée. L’isolation phonique est un souci surtout côté rue (simple vitrage à fermeture très aléatoire) mais également au regard de l’étage supérieur dont on peut profiter des déplacements à toute heure …

The apartment was in a perfect location, just a few steps from the main street. There were shops, restaurants, bakeries and everything we needed nearby. The apartment was spacious, very clean and quiet. The main bedroom stayed pleasantly cool, even during the hot weather. We had towels, shampoo and shower gel provided, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. There was also a washing machine and a TV. The apartment is on the first floor with only a few stairs, which was not a problem. The most important thing for me was how peaceful it was. I am very sensitive to noise, but I slept wonderfully here. The self check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We were very happy with our stay.

The only thing missing was air conditioning. However, the host provided two portable air conditioners/fans, which helped us stay comfortable even during the hottest days in France. We also noticed that air conditioning is uncommon in this town, so it wasn’t really unusual. Overall, everything was excellent. My sister lives in Sedan, so whenever we come to visit her and this apartment is available, we will happily stay here again.
