Appartement très bien situé à 5mns de l'entrée du château, du centre et des restaurants. Pas de souci pour trouver une place de parking. Attention néanmoins au marché du samedi matin.
Côté sécurité : la rambarde des escaliers de l'immeuble est brinquebalante. L'escalier dans l'appartement n'est pas terrible non plus. Le ménage laisse à désirer et l'appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement.
