Communication was expectionally prompt and helpful. The other place that I had booked for 6 months in advance cancelled on me 36 hrs prior to check in time. We were attending the louder than life festival event. This was a very last minute booking with this property and as I said they were very responsive and accommodating. Compared to the pricing of other options , this place was an awesome value. I enjoyed the home and the property.
The critique I have is that it wasnt in the best neighborhood but I never felt unsafe. Also the location was very central to alot of stuff.

Cute apt/ house inside was clean and well laid out and stocked in the kitchen for those who want to cook. Plenty of towels etc
Location. Was not safe to me to be walking in day or night. The outside furniture was broken. A for sale sign on property not to enticing and already shared with owners

Everything about the house was perfect! The beds were comfy, it was very clean, it was stocked with everything you need!
The location of the property was a little sketchy. While we were there, there was a shooting at the apartments right down the street from the house.
