Unusable parking space

On the positive side, the apartment itself is spacious and well equipped.

We chose these apartments specifically because they advertised parking, but in reality the parking space (2×4 m) is unusable for a standard car and entry is very difficult. The host informed us about this only the day before check-in, when it was too late to cancel without a penalty. As a result, we had to park 1.5 km away in paid public parking. In fact, this accommodation does not have proper parking, and since parking was the main reason we booked, our experience was very disappointing. Another major drawback is the garbage policy. Guests are required not only to sort the waste, but also to personally carry it to a collection point located about 1.5 km away. If you are without a car, this becomes a serious problem. Sorting is the right decision, but transporting garbage such a long distance should clearly be the responsibility of the host, not the guests. Additionally, there is no air conditioning, which made the stay very uncomfortable in August.

Appartement spacieux, belle et grande cuisine, très grande chambre. Appartement très lumineux.

Par ou commencer... Pour ce garé, une horreur ! Une seule place de parking sous-sol toute petite . Arrivé dans l'appartement, de l'eau partout dans la salle de bain attenant à la chambre double car fuite du bidet... ( Message envoyé à l'hôte et aucune réponse) Au bout d'une heure de WiFi tout a été coupé donc plus d'internet pendant 2 jours ( message envoyé a l'hôte mais aucune réponse ) Et la cerise sur gâteau dernier soir et la dans la soirée coupure d'électricité donc plongé dans le noir avec des enfants qui avais peur , plus d'eau chaude pour se lavé, aucun contact d'urgence pour avoir une personne au téléphone, je leur es donc envoyé un message mais aucune réponse de leur part. Nous sommes partis le lendemain matin et toujours pas d'électricité donc nous avons dû mettre à la poubelle ce qu'on avait dans le frigo ! Dégoûté ! Nous sommes tombés sur un voisin au rez-de-chaussée désagréable... A l'heure actuelle l'hôte ne m'a toujours pas adressé le moindre message ou signe de vie pour tous les désagréments causés. Une chose est sûre , nous ne retournerons jamais là-bas. Très mauvaise expérience...

Heel jammer, geen persoonlijke benadering.

Mooie grote kamers en goede bedden

De klim om je auto naar het appartement te rijden, steil en smal. We hadden alleen via Booking contact, niemand gezien, geen persoon om te benaderen. De auto kon niet in de garage, ik had ruimte voor een 4 meter lange auto, onze auto was 475cm lang, breedte was 210 cm, onze auto met spiegels 215. We konden met de bovenburen, op hun plek buiten, van parkeerplaats ruilen. Maar 2e dag werd deze bezet door werkmensen die in het gebouw bezig waren. Ze waren om 21.00 uur klaar, moest auto bij de buren neerzetten die hiervan niet gediend waren. (Vriendelijk blijven en aangeven dat als de werklui weg zijn, we weer kunnen parkeren op onze plek) verder de week lopend naar beneden, werklui waren de hele week) anders waren we onze plek kwijt, Geen internet, 1e dag, 1 uurtje internet gehad daarna de week niet. (Zou verholpen worden, maar helaas) Heel erg jammer, appartement was ruim en mooi, maar ik zal hier nooit meer reserveren.

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable, grande terrasse avec magnifique vue sur l'ouest de Sanremo

Logement calme, propre et très spacieux, petits balcons et grande terrasse avec magnifique vue sur l'ouest de Sanremo. Grandes chambres, salles de bain impeccables et excellente literie. Stationnement dans la résidence très appréciable.

Rien, tout était parfait, bien que le logement soit situé un peu loin du centre à pieds, mais la promenade est agréable.

Hermoso y cómodo piso con una gran vista

El piso es precioso, amplio, limpio, con una hermosa vista. Tiene calefacción, lavavajillas y en general está muy bien

Creo que cuando ofreces un piso como este, tiene que tener un mínimo de infraestructura que este piso no tenía, por ejemplo Cafetera, Tostador de Pan. A pesar de que tiene una implementación muy mínima de cocina, esta debiese ser mayor, ollas, sartenes y cubiertos muy básico, hay que pensar de que una familia que alquile este piso, querrá desayunar y probablemente cocinar y considero de que la implementación debiese ser mayor.
