Great location literally off the boardwalk of the beach.
It seems like brand new construction and all the items on the unit were still in the wrapper.
The Ac could be a bit colder or stronger. The bedroom blinds were ok but needs black out shades so being an eye mask.

This property is oceanfront. Peaceful & away from the crowds.
Early morning construction which is everywhere & all over the peninsula. Those who live here call it their reality. Parking demands you walk at least a mile & half to park overnight. I walk daily, but I would have liked to it to be a little less for necessity & more of my ocean walks.
