We had a wonderful stay at Camalù! Melania was an incredibly kind and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. The location was peaceful yet convenient, and the property was spotless, beautifully maintained and comfortable. We loved the traditional Italian breakfast too. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend Camalù! 🇮🇹❤️

Een perfect kleinschalig verblijf tussen lokale bewoners in een appartementenblok. Heel centraal gelegen, Piazza Tasso op een handvol minuten te voet, haven op 15 minuten wandelafstand, station (Circumvesuviana) op ongeveer 10 minuten te voet. Mooie, nette kamers met alle mogelijke comfort: goede bedden, goed werkende airco, koelkast, elektrisch bedienbare rolluiken (zodat de kamer volledig kan worden verduisterd), regendouche, voldoende stopcontacten, kluisje, wasrekje buiten om linnen met wasknijpers te drogen, terras met tafeltje en twee stoelen,… Het onthaal, de behulpzaamheid, flexibiliteit en de gastvrijheid van de gastvrouw, Melania, waren perfect. Shuttle van de luchthaven naar het verblijf was goed geregeld. Bij aankomst een persoonlijk onthaal van de gastvrouw + 2 flesjes water en huisgemaakte limoncello in de koelkast beschikbaar ter verwelkoming. Italiaans ontbijt waarbij de gastvrouw koffie voor je klaarmaakt. Ontbijt met soms een Sorrentijns tintje in de vorm van huisgemaakte cake/taart. Ontbijt is in principe tussen vaste uren, maar indien nodig stelt de gastvrouw zich flexibel op. De gastvrouw was elke dag ’s morgens aanwezig, de gastvrouw gaf geheel vrijblijvend tips voor uitstappen en restaurantbezoek.
