Great communication. As described by other reviews, the view is very good. Nice quiet location with easy access to the town.
The double bed was quite uncomfortable. The key for the door to the lift lobby took a lot of work to gain entry.

I loved the view from the 8th floor balcony
The apartment needs major updates. The front door is old and have lots of spaces between frame and the door, Slider to the balcony was old and difficult to slide. Kitchen is claustrophobic with swinging door (not sure the purpose of this swinging door). Planters on the balcony are dirty and full of shells nobody wants to take plus some cigarette buds form previous guests. The view was great but apartment needs a lot of work.
