89 Steps Symi

It was just perfect. Maria was very helpful and met us at the ferry to help us to the house. The views and location were amazing. We are in our 70s and the 79 steps to the waterfront were ok if you take your time.

Nothing to dislike

We couldn’t fault our stay at 89 Steps. Positioned (89 steps ) above the harbour , this boutique property has a balcony with amazing views out over the port. Maria has equipped the property with everything you could possibly need (even beer and wine), making it a true home away from home. The pickup from the ferry was a welcome surprise, making arrival and departure easy. The small supermarket at the bottom of the steps has everything you might need to self cater if that’s your preference - but there are plenty of wonderful bars and cafes on your doorstep. Yes you need to be confident and capable with steps but the reward is a wonderful stay and a unique Symi experience.

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική (ακριβώς πίσω από το ρολόι και το σούπερ μάρκετ στο λιμάνι), το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, άνετο και ζεστό και η θέα στο λιμάνι και τα πολύχρωμα σπίτι του Γιαλού είναι μαγευτική! Η Μαρία ως οικοδέσποινα είναι φιλόξενη, εγκάρδια και προσιτή και η διαμονή μου στο 89 steps ήταν γενικά μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία! 89 steps is fantastic! The location is ideal (right behind the clock tower in the port and the super market), the house is fully equipped, comfortable and warm, and the view to the port and the colourful houses of Gialos is simply mesmerising! Maria, the hostesses, is warm, welcoming and approachable, and my stay in 89 steps, in general, was a very pleasant experience!
