Location good, quiet but only a short distance from town. AC reasonably good - tho badly placed wardrobe blocks the flow meaning it needs to be on longer than it should. Facilities ok.
Needs a decent clean - eg. the floor needs a wet mop not just a quick sweep - and some essential maintenance; eg. other reviewers have mentioned the leaky shower and it does flood the floor. It’s early in the season so there’s really no excuse for not carrying out some maintenance
