Little Symi House

La vista era stupenda, la casa tipica e molto accogliente. Un bellissimo patio dove passare le serate a chiacchierare e Antonella che gestisce la casa è magnifica ed è gentilissima, sempre pronta ad aiutare per qualsiasi evenienza o anche solo per un consiglio

Ci sono un po di gradini per raggiungere la casa ed avere questa magnifica vista sul porto, ne vale la pena ma consiglio di viaggiare leggeri

Such great location just walk down the steps to the harbour front. So handy for nipping down to the shops and exploring. We loved the terrace at night for looking out and the bed was comfy! We met Anto who gave us the keys she was so welcoming and informative - really enjoyed the book she provided on the history of Symi. Handy that she provided key numbers and information about day trips and where to get boat/buses from.

Unfortunately we were woken up every morning at 7:30am by a little dog next door. I know this can’t be helped but the dog was very noisy for long periods.

La casa è molto accogliente, splendida terrazza, una scalinata un po’ ripida per arrivare ma ne vale assolutamente la pena! Antonella, la persona che ci ha accolto e che gestisce la casa é stata molto gentile e premurosa.

Lovely apartment in a very nice location. The apartment has three levels. First is the kitchen which is well equipped (not that you’ll be doing much cooking), second is the living room and bathroom and at the top is the bedroom. Star of the show is the patio which gets the sun in the morning but is shaded in the afternoon which I liked especially when it’s 30 degrees. Antonella met me on arrival and was very thorough and welcoming. Showed me things to do on the island and recommended places to eat. Just overall a great place to relax and let the world go by. Special shout out to Antonella and her mum who were on hand to help out when I locked myself out!

Stairs. Like most properties on symi you’ll be climbing stairs to get there so pack light! Nothing extreme but just be aware that it’s an issue, especially when you’re coming back from the supermarket with bottles of water.
