המתקנים בחדר עונים על הציפיות
היחידה נמצאת בדירת בעלת הבית. זה לא בדיוק מוסבר בתיאור היחידה.
המסדרון משותף גם לבעלת הבית ומשפחתה. 2 כלבים קטנים הסתובבו ונבחו כמעט בכל פעם שנכנסים. לא לעניין.
חניה למי שמעוניין עולה 10 יורו ליממה.

Stanza spaziosa con arredamento moderno e funzionale con ampio balcone, macchina del caffè, tante prese elettriche, luci al led, tutto l'occorrente per poter cucinare, bagno ben arredato, cabina doccia ampia e con luci colorate.
Inoltre c'è una convenzione con un bar dietro l'angolo per colazione a prezzo scontato.
Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà con un sovrapprezzo.
L'alloggio è inoltre vicinissimo al centro e alle spiagge.
Da non sottovalutare la pulizia giornaliera e la disponibilità della proprietaria, sempre disponibile telefonicamente per ogni esigenza.
Assolutamente consigliato!

Un soggiorno perfetto!
Ho trascorso qualche giorno a Casa Cescal e non potevo chiedere di meglio. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, pulita e accogliente, in una posizione ideale per vivere Vieste in tutta comodità.
La signora Ivana è stata un’ospite straordinaria: disponibile, attenta e sempre pronta a fornire consigli utili su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La sua gentilezza e professionalità hanno reso il mio soggiorno davvero speciale.
Casa Cescal non è solo un alloggio, ma un posto dove ci si sente a casa, accolti con calore e genuinità. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio di cuore a chiunque voglia vivere Vieste con un tocco di autenticità e comfort.
