Günstige Lage, beide Stadtstrände sowie das historische Zentrum sind fußläufig (jeweils ca. 500 m) zu erreichen. Die sehr ansprechend gestalteten und neuen Zimmer und Bäder, sehr gute Betten und eine auch in der kalten Jahreszeit als Heizung gut funktionierende Klimaanlage werden noch durch ein hervorragendes und reichhaltiges Frühstück getoppt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
Man muss sich im klaren darüber sein, dass die günstige Lage am zentralen Kreisverkehr auch Lärmbelästigung vor dem Haus bedeutet. Die schönen und geräumigen Balkone bieten also keine Sonnenuntergangsromantik, die Fenster schirmen jedoch den Verkehrslärm nach innen ausreichend ab.
