L'accoglienza di Antonio e sua moglie colazione fantastica tutta preparata dalla signora camera King spaziosa tutto nuovo bagno grande sul mare ma a due passi dal centro storico di Vieste.
Mi è piaciuto tutto, ma forse per una vacanza estiva manca un terrazzino per costumi ed asciugamani

Ideal location. I visited in November which is not peak season, but I needed an overnight stay on the way to Bari which had parking and walkable distance to the old part of town up high on the hill. This is a family run hotel that has been in the family for over 40 years so while it is a bit dated it has character.
You can walk across the street to the wide walking path and walk straight onto the sand. If you choose the upstairs rooms with a balcony you can hear the ocean at night.
Lots of choices for breakfast, probably too much as the hotel didn't seem to be very full with people.
Parking is in the front of the hotel which is fenced off from the street.
A bit of an unusual set up if the lobby downstairs is closed you have to go up the side alley and side gate to get into your room, one of those 'first world problem' things when travelling.

Ottima posizione, di fronte alla spiaggia e all'unico chiosco rimasto aperto fuori stagione (ottobre).
Ospitalità di tipo "familiare", personalmente l'ho gradita.
In pratica è un bed & breakfast, ma la qualità generale merita più dell'unica stella ufficiale.
Al contrario di quanto si legge su Booking, l'intera unità NON è situata al piano terra. Ci sono camere al primo piano raggiungibili soltanto con la scala; per me non ha rappresentato un problema, lo segnalo per chi avesse problemi di mobilità.
