Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is ideal — just a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride to the fort and close to the beach — yet peaceful and away from the crowds, making it the perfect place to relax. We especially loved the family who runs the property. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It was truly one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. A special highlight was the mother’s incredible cooking. At our request, she organized a truly memorable cooking class where we prepared five different curries. It was both delicious and so much fun — an experience we’ll always remember.

Very authentic and peaceful stay. The room is surrounded by a big garden and the house is actually a family estate situated in a peaceful, green neighbourhood close to all of Galle’s tourist attractions. The family that owns it is very kind and cooks delicious meals. Would absolutely recommend this place.

The food was amazing, full of flavor and clearly prepared with love The architecture of the place is beautiful, adding so much charm and character to the stay. Overall, this is one of the most heartfelt and memorable places we’ve ever stayed, and we would highly recommend it.
