Yongsan Cozy House

Location is excellent, flat is clean, beds are sufficient and the price for value is excellent.

Check-in process was not great. Although they offered that we could come earlier, they only let me know this 30 mins in advance, so basically we could not take advantage of the offer. Then they sent us the wrong entry code and we could not get ahold of anyone for 20-30 mins after calling the number and writing in the chat. The person we reached spoke no english...then there were smaller things, like the internet kept going out while we watched a movie, there was coffee, but no coffee filters/machine.

The rooms were clean and spacious. When we got heat and hot water on they were comfortable. There were 3 hand towels for 4 adults, some bath towels would have been great. The main issue was finding it. Provide a street address for taxi service. Then simple walking directions to the apartment. We spent almost 3 hours trying to find it and just about gave up. The address provided is a walking address. The taxis could not figure out what was a near location. It was awful.
