Facilities were good. Help from agent good. There was a local bus service running which could be used from nearby stops to go to Ksamil or central Sarande.

Issue with description... lift .... there is no lift from the base of the building to the entrance which is up many steps (& with constant water flowing across making it slippy and hazardous ... you then have to cross a car park, also with flowing & stagnant water ... then down a steep slope to reach the main road ... to get down to Sarande main centre means walking along paving with pot holes, trip hazards etc etc. Does not have easy access. Would not recommend for anyone with walking difficulty. To say there's a lift, is disengenuous, as it doesnt cover the bad access prior to attaining the level at which you can access it...ie you have basically walked up the equivalent of 4 levels.
