I liked the views and the central location that was close to all the amenities.

I did not like the staffing as the biggest point. I felt disappointed and let down by their original lack of communication before arriving and until actually checking in which was not straightforward, I felt a lot of stress and apprehension which is the last thing you want on a holiday.

The view was amazing to wake up to and the balcony that wrapped around into the living space was beautiful. The location of the apartment was also excellent, with an easy walk to all amenities.

This is clearly a high standard new apartment however it’s let down by little things such an unfinished wiring, holes in the wall and loose balcony door handles. The stay itself was good however what I felt disappointed by was the staff and the booking process. My booking was cancelled twice for ‘asking for too many requests’ despite them being standard questions or minimum expectations such as making sure my booking wouldn’t be cancelled and asking if there was a system to secure the booking. This put unwanted and unnecessary stress on what should have been a lovely holiday celebrating my partners birthday so this tainted it somewhat.
