Excellent location, right in the heart of Tobermory. Lovely modern property. Very clean and well maintained. Very spacious inside and also had Outdoor space on the balcony. Pet friendly. Resteraunt next door. Brilliant view over Tobermory. At far end is the lighthouse walk or right next to apartments is the Aros Park costal walk, really couldn't get a better location.
Temperature in the property was very warm, couldn't figure out how to change it. The metal steps were very slippy when wet, dangerous, especially for elderly. Keysafe was slightly hard to open. Noticed when stripping beds quilts were marked yellow in places, could be doing with being renewed. Noise late at night from restaurant / bar next door, glass being thrown into bins etc. There was work going on in the unit under apartments when we stayed, we were made aware of this prior to arrival however the times we were told work was being completed were exceeded and it was extremley noisy.

Location was excellent. Beds comfortable, dining area and cooking facilities good. Clean when we arrived.
No information regarding kitchen machines, heating controls. No teapot, only six of all basic crockery and cutlery. It should have at least 8 of these when 4 are accommodated to save endless washing up and making better use of dishwasher. Sofa seat depth far too large for most people and very hard.. Mat/carpet in living area has raised edges both sides and is a trip hazard. No hanging provision for wet coats, poor clothes storage ie no drawers-it needs at least a chest of drawers in each bedroom. Smaller bedroom wardrobe partly filled with vacuum cleaner and excess extras making the storage even worse. No warning that access is up a flight of 24 stairs. It's a pity because the apartment has plenty of potential to be really good.
