Great location but services in the flat were very noisy (the heating I think)

Great location on the harbour. WiFi good. Kitchen facilities good.

The heating was obtrusively noisy and kept me awake. I could only get limited TV channels to work. It would be much better to set it up simply so visitors did not have to spend a long time trying to figure the system out.

Location was excellent, apartment was excellent with a wonderful view across the harbour and with more than adequate parking outside.

Although we are not disabled in our party, we could see how the access stairway would restrict the property to able bodied occupants.

Good but could be great.

Great location, lovely modern apartment, view of Tobermory, lots of amenities on doorstep.

* No furniture for balcony * Lots of cleaning rules (including bed stripping) for £300 per night. We’re frequent travellers and always leave places clean and tidy but stripping beds at that price is ridiculous - more hostel than luxury apartment * One key between two couples is a first too. Even if key box used, the door doesn’t lock without a key, so not ideal, if you don’t plan to live in each others pockets * Only toiletries in main bathroom. Again a bit stingy for cost per night.

It was OK but needs some basic improvements as listed.

Location was excellent. Beds comfortable, dining area and cooking facilities good. Clean when we arrived.

No information regarding kitchen machines, heating controls. No teapot, only six of all basic crockery and cutlery. It should have at least 8 of these when 4 are accommodated to save endless washing up and making better use of dishwasher. Sofa seat depth far too large for most people and very hard.. Mat/carpet in living area has raised edges both sides and is a trip hazard. No hanging provision for wet coats, poor clothes storage ie no drawers-it needs at least a chest of drawers in each bedroom. Smaller bedroom wardrobe partly filled with vacuum cleaner and excess extras making the storage even worse. No warning that access is up a flight of 24 stairs. It's a pity because the apartment has plenty of potential to be really good.

Stylish, comfortable, and a wonderful location.

The location was superb overlooking the harbour. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It was also incredibly stylish, entrance was easy, and the apartment is very quiet despite its busy location. The balcony was wonderful. Highly recommend this apartment.

Unsure what the recycling rules on the island are, but would have appreciated separate bins for recycling if this is applicable. A mattress topper on the bed would have been good, and perhaps a wee table and chairs on the balcony.
