la partie commune de l'immeuble, très sale, vétuste, délabré. un vrai contraste avec l'appartement. Nous avions eu peur de l'endroit au début mais rassuré en voyant l'appartement.

We recently stayed here and were overall very happy with our choice. The apartment features a great, fresh renovation and is designed with an excellent sense of style. Inside, you'll find absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay—it is fully equipped. And the view from the windows is simply stunning! It's also pet-friendly. ​In terms of logistics, everything was very convenient: there is a supermarket just a 5-minute drive away, and you can reach Chamonix in only 20 minutes by car. Parking on the street was never an issue; there were always spots available. We also deeply appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times—that was a huge plus for us.

the main issue for us was the lack of air conditioning. We happened to visit during a 30°C heatwave, and there was no way to cool down inside; the apartment reached 29°C. Unfortunately, the fan didn't help much, making it quite difficult to sleep at night. Also, keep in mind that to reach the apartment, you need to go up a flight of stairs, which can be a bit challenging with heavy luggage. Additionally, the bed sheet was not flawlessly clean, which was a bit disappointing. ​Other than that, it’s a wonderful place and we highly recommend it!
