This beautiful, light-flooded holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor in the heart of Apulia with a wide view of the crystal-clear Ionian Sea. From the large roof terrace you can enjoy the wonderful view of the colorful sunset with a glass of local wine. The apartment has 3.5 rooms and is quietly situated on a walled plot. A special highlight is the large roof terrace (approx. 80 sqm, with a lounge area) and the 2 verandas, but the apartment also impresses inside with its amenities and cozy furnishings. The living and dining area with a completely redesigned kitchenette (walled with marble top) is very open and airy. There is an open passage from the kitchen into the living room. The property is habitable all year round thanks to the double-glazed thermal windows and two additional infrared panels for the 3 air conditioning systems (cold/warm). You can park your car in the courtyard, because it is not absolutely necessary for the short walk to the beach. After only about 10-15 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike you will reach the beautiful sandy beach on the Ionian Sea. There are also restaurants, bars and shops near the beach, and the town center with typical Italian flair and a small amusement park is only 1, 5 km. The perfect place for relaxation and culinary delights. For wine and olive oil lovers, the apartment is also a good starting point for exploring markets, wineries and masserie, as the Strada degli Olivi e Vini doc is very close.
