La Corte della Salina - Charming Apartment

Well equipped and furnished apartment. Pretty much has everything you need, even beach umbrellas and beach chairs. Being so close to the beach was also quite wonderful.

The staff kept asking us to pay city tax, even though our booking confirmation clearly stated that it was already paid. The apartment wasn’t very clean. The cutlery and dishes were downright dirty. There was a mid-stay cleaning, but it was terrible. The new towels they gave us smelled musty and had stains; the floors were barely cleaned; no sheets were changed. One of the shower drains was pretty much blocked and the shower head switching mechanism itself was a bit broken. The mattresses had dents in them that made it difficult to sleep and had to be flipped over. Having beach chairs was nice, but they were only two for four people and were fairly broken.
