It has two cosy bedrooms, one with a king-size 180x200 bed with firm, new bedding and independent sleeping arrangements, the other with a 140x190 bed. A fully-equipped TV lounge (40' TNT satellite and connected) with desk area and wifi internet, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen (with small appliances, ceramic hob, microwave and mini-oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) and a shower room with Italian shower, plus a separate WC, complete the interior of the gîte.
Outside, there is a 150 m² enclosed garden in front of the house and a 35 m² patio terrace to the rear, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. All this garden furniture ensures comfort and conviviality in a green and peaceful setting.
The location of this gîte couldn't be better. Right in the centre of Andernos, you can easily walk to all the amenities: daily covered markets, small shops and supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, and even a cycle path for exploring the surrounding area. The Andernos beach and jetty are just 600 metres away, accessible via a pedestrianised street, offering a lovely stroll to the seafront.
