We decorated with passion this house to make you live a unique experience on the Arcachon basin. We hope you enjoy your stay. Here is the description. All equipment is new (equipped April 2019):
Charming house completely renovated with a living area of 105 M2, composed of:
Old Arcachonnaise completely renovated 92 m2:
- Large living room: 49 m2 with living room (a triple sofa, a double sofa, an armchair), TV, dining room, reading area, and a space with a bench convertible into a bed
- Kitchen open on living room: 7 m2
- 1 bedroom with adjoining shower room (shower + washbasin). 3 beds (1 single, 1 double). Ideal for children.
- 1 master bedroom, double bed, with dressing
- WC
- Bathroom (bath + shower + large washbasin + washing machine)
A new Wood Annex on the other side of the terrace with:
- 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet) on 12.5M2
A large terrace of 100m2 wood with dining tables, deckchair
Closed ground.
Parking space for 2 vehicles (inside the field)
Ideal location in Andernos les Bains center (nearby Marché Couvert, Broustic Park, pier Andernos, beach and oyster area are 600 meters, bike path nearby). It is also the ideal starting point to discover the basin of Arcachon and its region: Dune Pilat, Cap Ferret, Beaches Océanes, Bordeaux region ...

Maison spacieuse très bien située près du centre ville
Manque des stores aux baies vitrées pour garder la fraîcheur à l intérieur de la maison

Superbe maison avec une très belle terrasse , le studio indépendant est un réel plus quand on est plusieurs couples ainsi que les 3 salle de bain.
Emplacement idéal en plein centre.
Petit bémol, la propreté, impression que le ménage n' est fait qu en surface ...
Mais je recommande !
