10 minute drive to Autzen stadium, 5 minute drive to PeaceHealth Riverbend. 3 bed, 2 bath home with large, fenced yard in safe, desirable Springfield location. Excellent for families or traveling professionals. Neighborhood is very safe, with well-cared-for houses and landscapes. Central location, very close to Eugene, the freeway, hospitals, and Gateway shopping center. 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride to U of Oregon. Clean, well-maintained, and comfortable home with thoughtful amenities.

The property owner was good to let us drop off our bags a few hours early, and the home was clean and comfortable. The only issues that came up were that we didn't get the door code to get in in our email, so we had to reach out to the owner for that. Also, there was quite a bit of pet hair on the furniture. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and had lots of nice touches like treats that were left for us to enjoy.
