Would I stay here again, yes.Location was perfect for my family to visit family in the area. Near lots of shopping and restaurants on Park Blvd. Rooms were all nice, lots of pillows and comfortable beds.A few things we noticed, but weren't concerned about so didn't report/request assistance: Master bed was a little high from the floor, we couldn't adjust the ceiling fan speed in the master (no chain, only on/off), Queen bed was a little low to the floor, requested the beach towels be laundered by renter but no laundry supplies (need to mention in listing to bring your own), coffee maker didn't have instructions (looked like it took a pod, but weren't sure what kind, not keurig), and no spices other than salt and pepper are provided for cooking. Again, these didn't matter to us, but future renters should know for packing or going to local Publix. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with no complaints and will book again in the future when visiting family in the area.

Overall this was a great place. Convenient to our needs(downtown, Eckerd, and Pass-a-grille). One thing that could be improved is the double/queen bed. The frame seemed a little unsteady and was a bit squeaky. Also, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was connected to the light switch so it got a little warm in there overnight because when we turned the light off, the fan went off too. The place was clean and we would stay there again.

Television quality was poor, house could have been cleaner, pots & pans in the cabinets were dirty, dryer filter packed with lint when we got there. Poor communication regarding garbage and recycling pickup.
