Quite neighborhood, good value. House were clean.
The backyard needs to be treated for mosquitoes. Washer needs to be maintained, keep spinning out of balance and stop, even with small load and few towels. Ice tray need to be replaced or patch up properly.

The property was clean and comfy
The paint on the concrete to the pool peels off onto your feet and it then gets tracked all inside, also there was a decent amount of rain come through the back door into the kitchen floor due to it being level with the concrete. I could also recommend the pool being repainted but other than that everything was great!

Was close to beachs
Says handicap accessible but no bars in shower to help. Had to refill propane tank, not even enough to grill once. The pool had algae on the bottom, and it was very slippery.
