Our stay here was lovely, the home had everything we needed & the backyard is AMAZING! The neighborhood is quiet, the home is very nicely updated on the inside and the backyard has everything you’d need for a fun afternoon in the sun (or shade if that’s what you prefer!). There’s swim toys, floaties & even an outdoor TV!We didn’t cook much while on this trip but the home has everything needed to cook; the kitchen is nicely equipped. There are plenty of bath & beach towels as well. We were, however, only given 3 toilet paper rolls for 8 days for our family of 5 and had to pass around the 3rd roll on the last 2 days, lol. The house was very clean upon arrival, however the pool was dirty when we arrived but was cleaned the next day. But that meant we couldn’t swim in it that afternoon either after it was shocked. There is also some mold in one of the showers, but it’s very minor and I think that’s very typical for Florida. One last thing - the advertisement says “no hidden costs”, but I wouldn’t exactly agree with that. Upon check-in, we were told there would be a charge to heat the pool, which was not disclosed before. Not being from here, we weren’t sure if heating would be necessary or not but I wasn’t interested in paying more, as I felt I’d already paid more in order to have a nice place with a pool. It ended up that we didn’t even need pool heating as it was 80 degrees each day, but it maybe should be noted in the listing. Overall - a great place to stay!!

This was a wonderful stay all the way around. The backyard area was so pleasant and our family truly enjoyed the pool and all the amenities with it. Additionally, we had a snafu where my son accidentally locked himself out of the bedroom on a Sunday morning and by the time we were back from church and lunch they had the door unlocked. The property management company was so friendly and responsive. The beds were comfortable and the house was adequately stocked for what we needed. Plus the property was centrally located to lots of activities in the Tampa-St. Petersburg area. We would stay again!

The house, pool and outdoor area were amazing. The kitchen sink had no water pressure - so that was a pain The neighborhood caters to a specific demographic that I would've felt uncomfortable if i wasn't part of it.

First off, when we arrived at the house, the floors were very slippery with an oily like substance on the tile floor, and my 5 year old daughter slipped and fell and hit her head as soon. As we walked in the door so i found a mop and cleaned all of the floors myself. The back yard is not enjoyable because the french drain that runs along the back of the house is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and we got ate up by them every time we walked out the back door, we even went to walmart and bought 2 cans of mosquitoe fogger and it didnt help at all seems like the pest control would take care of that. The dryer didn't work when we arrived at the house, but that was repaired on Monday. The propane for the grill had 3 tanks there, but only one had propane in it, so when we wanted to use the fire pit, we had to change them out. I contacted Vacasa, and he told me he would have propane delivered the next morning, and the propane never came. The smoke detector in the bedroom was missing the battery when we arrived, so we let them know about that, and I was told to go buy a battery and put in it. They sent someone out the next day to install a battery and the smoke alarm beeped all night long so I was told just take the battery out that it would be fine there was other smoke detectors in the house. The window blinds were broken in the kids' bedroom when we arrived at the house. The shower head holder in the hall bathroom was broken, so we all showered in the master bathroom shower.
